Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency — Cleveland County office
Community action agency. COCAA says its Cleveland County office provides direct help, or referrals, for families to meet clothing, utility and housing costs.
COCAA sets its own rules for who it can help; they are listed on its page. The office is in Moore. COCAA says to call for an appointment.
Free tax help in Norman (United Way of Norman, VITA)
Free tax-preparation resource. United Way of Norman says face-to-face tax help is available at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites in Norman for households under an income limit shown on its page.
It lists the Community Services Building at 1183 E. Main as its tax assistance location. Pioneer Library System says the Norman VITA program is sponsored by COCAA and is by appointment only.

Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC)
Benefits agency: unemployment insurance claims through the OESC claimant portal.
Veteran services: OESC says eligible veterans and spouses can get one-on-one career counseling and job search help, and veterans receive priority when services are limited.
OESC decides claims and eligibility, not this directory.
