Join the White Buffalo Co-op

Read this all the way through. Joining is your choice, and nothing here changes what help you can receive.

What the Co-op is

The White Buffalo Co-op is a member-owned cooperative for people who want to help build the Norman Digital Village. Members do real work — outreach, building, service, technical work and more — and share in the value they help create.

What joining means

Joining makes you a member under the White Buffalo Co-op bylaws. It records that you agreed to take part, and it opens the ways-to-help list and your own equity-credit record. It does not change your identity, your consent settings, or anything you use in the Village.

Your rights as a member

  • • You may take part in Co-op decisions as the bylaws provide.
  • • You may see every equity credit recorded in your name, with the rule it came from.
  • • You may choose which ways to help, and you may decline any opportunity.
  • • You may ask how a credit's value was determined, and you may dispute it.
  • • You may leave the Co-op. Your past records are kept as history, not erased.

Your duties as a member

  • • Do the work you agreed to do, honestly and safely.
  • • Claim credit only for real acts you actually performed.
  • • Follow the Co-op bylaws and the Village's rules about people's privacy.
  • • Treat other members and the people the Village serves with respect.

Joining is voluntary

Joining is completely voluntary. Nobody is enrolled automatically, and nobody may enrol you.

Receiving help through RecoveryTRAX, or any other TRAX, does NOT require Co-op membership and never will. Help and membership are separate paths.

This is a demonstration of the join flow only. No membership record is written anywhere yet.

Not now — go back

Nothing is taken from you

Joining does not change your identity, your consent settings, or your access to any TRAX.

You may leave the Co-op later. Your past records are kept as history, not erased.
